Call straight away for anything that feels unsafe or leaves you without power: a fuse box that keeps tripping, a burning smell, scorched or hot sockets, sparking, exposed wiring, or water reaching electrics. If in doubt, it is safer to call and describe what is happening than to wait.
Unplug recently used appliances and reset the tripped switch once. If it trips again, leave it off and call Rony. Repeated tripping usually points to a faulty appliance or a wiring fault that needs proper diagnosis rather than repeated resetting.
Yes. First check whether neighbouring properties are also affected, which can indicate a wider network outage handled by your distributor. If it is only your property, Rony can attend to trace and resolve the fault.
